Minimum Order Requirement

The minimum order value for delivery is £350. Orders below this amount cannot be processed for delivery.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Urgent Orders: If you require a faster delivery, please contact us. While we do not offer same-day delivery, we may accommodate urgent requests depending on availability.

Delivery Process

  1. Order Placement – Orders must be placed online by registered B2B customers.
  2. Order Confirmation – Once your order is received, we will confirm it via email or phone.
  3. Dispatch & Delivery – Our logistics team will schedule and deliver your order to your registered business address.

  • Orders above £350: Free delivery within our service areas.
  • Orders outside our standard delivery zones: Charges may apply. Contact us to discuss options.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and the business is closed or no one is available to receive the order, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery fee may apply.
